So I went in Perkins for the first and last time. I have had surgery on my stomach in August. So I like to order of the kids menu. I asked for one and was given it. I ordered the one egg, 2 slices bacon, a little hash brown and a slice of toast. The waitress took my order and I was excited. Then the hostess came over and asked me why I had ordered of the kids menu? I pulled out my card showing my surgery. Jill the hostess says well I don't know why you can't order on the adult menu. I said that what I wanted is what I ordered. I also asked what the problem was. Did I need to leave? Jills response was if I wanted to. I was floored by this. She was Very rude. And then told me she was management. Wow never again.

My daughter and I stopped here for breakfast on Aug. 19, 2014. We were seated promptly but that was the only good point. There were 3 people working and 4 tables of customers, we made 5. We sat without any service while 2 of the workers stood at 2 other customers tables and chatted. The other server dropped some food off at the table next to us and didn't acknowledge we were there. After about 10 mins. we got up and walked out! The most horrible service I've had in years. We did got to a small town restaurant where the 2 servers, who had at least 10 tables, served us within 2 minutes of sitting down.
