Not recommended - very poor service. Their selection and size is great - but their cashiers are extremely UN-informed, rude and ridiculous to be honest. While purchasing wine, I was asked for both my ID and my wife's ID. My wife at no point held, handled or carried the alcohol. The cashier said she would not sell to me (the person with ID and whom was paying) because my wife didn't have her ID with her. We then asked if we could JUST purchase the pint glasses we also wanted (no alcohol) - we were refused then as well.Yes there's a college campus very close - yes people try to buy alcohol that are not of age - but if you verify the ID of the person purchasing the alcohol why does anything else matter? To note - we're both 30+ years of age and frequent the shopping center where this store is located. We'll never go back again. Completely ridiculous...

Have been a fan of Wilbers for years and a very loyal custimer. Recently I have been getting terrible custimer service. I walked in half hour before closing and they all looked at my like they were going to chase me back out. They just stand around, talk and wouldnt make eye contact with me. Also, I ordered a half barrel keg and they brought me this funny shaped keg. I asked if it would fit in the kegorator that I purchased also at Wilbers and they assured me it would. I drove back home, in another county, to find out it didnt fit. By this time all liquor stores are closed and I have a house full of guests and no beer. I explained this to a manager the next day and he basically told me I was out my $ and will not exchange it. What used to be the nice high-end place in town is turning for the worse, and fast!Liked: Disliked: Edit - Delete

At Wilbur’s I have experienced by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a liquor store. My wife is currently serving in the Air Force and was on leave for the Fourth of July weekend. She enjoys a hard to find Vietnamese microbrew and we went to Wilbur’s to procure a six pack. Upon checking out the young cashier asked for my identification which is to be expected and I promptly presented it to her. However, what was unexpected was that she asked for the id for my wife as well. My wife was in her workout clothes and did not currently have her wallet. I did have an expired driver’s license that belonged to her on my person which I assumed would work for her. This was a Colorado issued driver’s license on which her date of birth was clearly demarcated. In addition, I am thirty-four years old and my wife is twenty-seven so there should be no common sense visual indicator that we would be under the legal age. The clerk refused to acknowledge this ID so I was ju
