Save your money and your time shop resale elsewhere.  I am originally from Arizona and as this is a franchise I've been to Once upon a Child many times, after my experience at the Fort Collins store I can safely say that I will never set foot in that store again. I was treated so incredibly rudely that I let the owner know through email then when I took my stuff into resell it they took nothing, one item was a pair of girls converse worn once, a whole bag of clothes from old navy and H&M.   I have really never been so insulted in my life I can honestly say save your money save your time go to Cheyenne or Denver both have great resale shops!

Very helpful staff-wonderful energy-I certainly didn't find it pricey because the quality was excellent and the assistance outstanding. Great place to shop! Such nice people who work there and amazing bargains.

I found their stuff a bit pricey for used items.
