I recently switched dentists to Dr. Murphy at Harbor Dental. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the doctor. I've already told a couple of my friends to check them out. All the equipment seemed so hi-tech. I even got to watch TV during the dental appointment.

I went to this dental clinic for a root canal and a filling and I am not very impressed. The dr made me make separate appointments for everything, meaning that I had to wait almost a month with a temporary crown I wasnt supposed to eat on - no one told me this before hand, so I went in thinking I would be done. The filling I had done is less than 2 years old and is already ground down enough that I can feel the edge of my natural tooth. The dentist never actually took any time to explain things to me and actually walked out after my root canal as I was asking a question. When my husband went in for his appointment, they charged him for a "deep cleaning" which was nothing more than the hygienist scratching his teeth with the same tool. I have started the search for a new dentist and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Murphy is very nice. However, he tried to oversell fillings, IMHO. Another dentist wanted to do about 20% of what Dr Murphy proposed. So, I went with the other dentist. Seems very nice otherwise.

I just recently moved to Fort Collins and needed to find a new dentist for a cleaning. The first time I went in, they performed unnecessary treatments that my insurance would not cover, costing me $150. I was told I needed a few fillings, and I went in a couple of months later for them. I received two fillings but now I cannot even eat on that side because my teeth are so sensitive to everything. I am in pain that I have never experienced from a simple filling.

pain free, patient oriented office, friendly staff, state of the art digital images. Dr Murphy is very efficient and precise and does more quality dental work in an hour than I have had in 4-5 visits by past dentists. Very relaxed low stress office.
