Absolutely fantastic, I have added Andrew's contact details to by list of other great service people. It is hard to find a good plumber, electrician, air-tec etc, So was I pleased when I found RENT-A-TEXAN Computer Consultants, the owner Andrew found the problem with my laptop within minutes, he had installed some Anti-Virus software which found and fixed my Laptop issue. I thought I was already protected because I had Norton Internet Security, but his software detected the Virus not Norton.. But it was the whole service, he was courtious (He is English, so I liked his accent) he was here for about 2 hours in total but only charged me for the time he spent working, which was just one hour. So $50 + Tax later I have a working laptop that is free from Viruses and Malware and feel 100% pleased with his service. I will use him again and tell all my friends.

The professional service provided by Andrew was excellent, he was fast at responding, curtious, and was able to diagnose my problem within a very short conversation. Once he attended my premisis he Immediately put me at ease and told me exactly what he was doing and roughly how long it would take and cost.



I would say that he was totally transparent about his charges and the issues with my Laptop and talked at a level I could understand, unlike a lot of computer professionals I could name.



My data was recovered and my laptop repaired with a new hard drive.. I was so thankful for all the pictures and documents he recovered, it was worth over double what he charged me, but he seemed happy that he was able to help me and that goes a long way to show what type of person he is.



I will recommend Andrew's business RENT-A-TEXAN to all my friends and keep his details safely along with my others favorite professionals like my decent plumber's & electrician's numbers etc..
