I took my SUV in May 2 2016 because the A/C was blowing hot air. They cleaned out and added freon. Cool air lasted 1 day. Took it back and replaced the compressor. Here it is July 9 2016 and we're in a hot car on a Saturday afternoon because ... Wait for it ... It's blowing hot air AGAIN! $975.00 later and it's still not fixed. Please read other reviews on other pages and the BBB's complaint. They don't stand by their work. Now I'm taking it somewhere else and I want my money back from this place. It appears, from others posts, that he won't work to resolve issues. i don't trust them with my cars.

I am very disappointed in the service I received on my 1987 Chevrolet pickup and believe I was charged for parts on my vehicle that did not need to be replaced. My truck was at Martins for two months and the when i asked Joe what the hold up was he said they were waiting on shock absorbers? I paid $4,800 for a vehicle that drives no better than when I brought it in. The AC that I had installed quit working on the way home. I will not go back even for the one year warranty but will just suffer the loss and go on. I was warned by fellow workers not to go there but I failed to listen.

Love Martin's!! Joe has great service and great customer service! He can be a bit pricey but he tells you what needs to be done and he doesn't try to gyp you. I love Martin's Auto and that's why i chose them to be my mechanic!
