DONT EVER GET INSURANCE FROM DEE CARTER. FULL of lying group/team working there.
dishonest and do not do what they say they do.
canceling my policy without notifying me or informing me,they say we will call you and they NEVER DO. HIGHEST RATE ,BUNCH OF un educated teenagers work there.i would not sign up there or get a policy with them period.

i had the worst experience and make things very difficult. do not go there or get a quote, you are just wasting your time.

I couldn't agree more!!! I don't think State Farm itself is the issue but the people working in Dee's office are completely uneducated!! You cannot get a straight answer and communication is terrible. My rates have gone up $60 for no apparent reason and it took 5 phone calls, one from Honda, for them to make the correct changes on my newly leased vehicle!! I am looking for new insurance ASAP!

I have had trouble with people not calling me back. It is also pretty much impossible to get ahold of Dee herself.
