This place is awful. My nails were cut right at my finger tip and I was told any longer than that they charge additional. My nails look terrible, they don't curve down like a natural nail would they point up. I was told it's because of the way my natural nail grows, my nails have always had acrylic overlay, and have NEVER looked like this. When I called the manager he hung up on me. Avoid this place. They do awful work and don't take responsibility when something was done wrong. I'll pay double somewhere else now before I go back to this place.

Horrible! I had my lip waxed and the girl didnt not check the wax temp or even try to cool it down! My lip was on fire and she didn't give me a mirror to look at it. When I got home I could see where the two strips had ripped my skin off. I called the shop and a woman told me to put neosporin on it and that it was my skin not her wax. I had been there before and never had a reaction to their wax or anyone elses. They were careless! They didn't even offer to give my money back or try to at least take responsibility and say sorry. I will NEVER go back. I am going to my doctor today to prove to the woman that it is a bad burn and not an allergic reaction to her wax. More money down the drain just to get these people to cool down the wax before they skin someone elses face!!
