We were having issues with our AC and Accelerated Mechanical was one of the vendors under our home warranty (thank you Lydia for helping review the vendors!)... spoke with their wonderful person that answered the phone, Ronnie, at their office - they sent a guy out based on my schedule... he talked with us about what was happening, assessed the problem and had it fixed within a 1/2 hour. Couldn't have asked for better service... and it was able to be billed under our home warranty :-)

I recently called this company because my heater went out. They were there within the hour to fix my system. Did I mention I called around 7 pm? The technician called me immediately to let me know his ETA. Come to find out I haven't been keeping the proper maintenance on my unit. I now have a preventative maintenance plan and no worries about my system. The tech actually stopped by again as a courtesy to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Thanks AMS!
