I brought my VW Touareg TDI in for the Center Support Bearing replacement that these cars are known for having problems with. Mark and Jesse were fantastic to work with. Despite having a busy week they worked in my vehicle and had it finished in 24 hours.



After my initial experience in January, and after the 6 month warranty had expired- the bearing failed again. I brought my car back to them and they immediately (within 24 hours) had my car fixed for free. I was fully willing to pay for the service as this issue is known for VW and Porsche. The guys went far above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience and truly left me with the best impression I have ever had on any Mechanic/Drive Line Service.
