Very unprofessional front office staff .My kids was schedule for appointment and they rescheduled there appointments without notice. I called to verify the time I was given and she just gave me a incorrect time I then told her the time I was given instead of her making verifying the change she argued with me and told me oh well there was nothing she could do the dentist would be out and only Dr. Simmons would be in . I think that is very unprofessional to call a patient a lie #1 and then to argue with a parent is not a good look and is very unprofessional so if you plan on visiting please confirm your appointment and hope you don't get disrespected!!!!!
