Paid twice to fix one problem, all together, it was almost as much as I paid for the refrigerator in the first place. Also, these guys are SUPER aggressive about collections, called one day after the repair demanding payment, would not send an invoice, credit card on the phone only. Tone was grumpy and suspicious, like I was not to be trusted. Guess they've been burned or something, but not the best customer service experience. These guys aren't worth the hassle, better off using someone else.

does not earn any star lame excuse cannot get to my house address not on gps then forgot to tell me that i have to wait from 9am to 2pm for me to wait for their call to find my location maybe they dont know about map quest ,their gps system not updated we live in this area for more than 10yrs so they are very very bad

A refrigerator problem is fixed and fixed within ten minutes. Sounds great right, but beware. The diagnostic fee (generally waived by repair shops if the repairs are done) was not waived. $75. The repair took about 15 minutes. Shop representative stated the labor charged was the rate for 30 - 45 minutes. $81. Gas (yes I said gas) for this 2.3 mile trek to my home. $5. Part, I don t even want to look up the market value of $85. I like to patronize local businesses, but sometimes I do pay the price! $251 for an $85 part and 15 minutes of labor.
