Had a problem closing one of our commercial doors on a Friday evening, we have a lot of homeless people in our area and was worried about supplies missing as well as any damage. Called R&S and had a return call within 10 minutes, dispatched 2 techs and they arrived within minutes and had the door repaired and closing properly - wow don't find service this quick and efficient these days. Will definitely use them from now on on our commercial roll up doors.

R&S dispatched 2 knowledgeable techs immediately. Larry and Jimmy were professional and quick to solve our issues. They communicated well and the service couldn't have gone better!

The Team at R&S was great. The estimator, Rob, came out the same day I called and had the estimate to me fast. Once I approved, Justin and Mario were out the next day. They arrived, did a great job, and were very friendly. Will be calling them again in the future.

Justin and Larry were very professional and very quick to provide service. I will welcome them back anytime to provide service for our company. The work was the highest of quality.
