Avoid this company all you can! It's an awful experience dealing with this company.

We made a first appointment with them early this month, but they did not show up nor calling us explain the reason why they didn't show up. The 2nd day we called them and they asked to make another appointment and we agree. We were told they will have the job complete that day. But turn out they garb the repair parts that we provided them and leave. We wast old that they will come back another day because they need extra parts to do the job. But they never did.

Called them couple of times after that but no response. Finally one time the lady picked up the phone (may be by accident) and told me they are still looking for the extra parts. And then I was told they will go back and do the job in a day or two. But it never happen.

Call them again and again but they just ignore my calls and ignore my messages. They just kind of disappear. They didn't return the parts back to me either. They keep the parts that we provided them and disappear.

It's now about a month since we first contacted them, and the job still not done. I had to find another company after the holidays, I wish they can return the parts that I gave them.

It is the most awful company I have ever had! Steer away from them if you can!
