I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at this Midas location! Although not from the local Fontana area, I was exceptionally taken care of. The new store manager, Amado, greeted me with excellent customer service at every visit to this shop. Despite being very obviously busy, I was consistently regarded as a priority. Junior removed and replaced my third brake light, and in under an hour, I had left the shop. Very reasonable appointment timing and service charge. Will adamantly recommend to friends and family!

Don't waste your time!!! They will rip you off if they can. I brought my car into Midas to fix an oil leak. They charged me for work that did not need to be done and did not fix the leak al all. They replaced the oil sending unit( they said that was the source of the leak, but it wasn't), but the problem was the oil cooler. I took my car to KB Auto and they replaced the oil cooler and that fixed the leak. I gave Midas the chance to make right what they screwed up, but all they did was give me the run around. Filed a complaint with the Midas corporate office and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.



Save yourself the money and trouble. Go to KB Auto. They're honest and will fix it right the first time.
