This is the worst KFC restaurant Ive ever been. We ordered ( drive thru ) their special 16 pcs fried chicken. Not only that we did not get the free velvet cake coz they're out of it but when we open the bags at home we found out that one gravy cup is empty. The bottom part of the bucket were 3 pcs very small chicken wings. We called them and they said for us to bring the chicken and returned it. Are you crazy? We started eating the chicken w our guest. NEXT TIME GO TO OTHER KFC Branch.

Associate refused to take coupon for meal (coupon was current, advised associate when I placed the order that I had a coupon), spoke with manager who refused to take coupon, manager was rude, didn't want to give me corp. phone #. I called corp. office, they said sorry the coupon wasn't accepted, thanks for visiting KFC. Will never visit KFC again.
