My wife and myself found Benny and his company IE Window Repair on Yelp. Figured I would give him a call since he didn't have the 'request a quote' option and I'm very glad we did. He was the last quote we got. We had the screens and frames on all 12 of our windows replaced plus he constructed a new screen door for our sliding door. We actually never had a screen door for our sliding door since we moved in 6 years ago. I don't now what we were thinking but the breeze we get from the back sliding door now is incredible, especially with the temperature dropping. We had various sizes of screens/frames throughout our house ranging from 3'Wx4'H on average to the smallest being 2'Wx10"H (just the screen). Benny, was kind enough and try and save us money by pointing out screens/frames we didn't need replaced but we just figured all new. Now, I don't know if any of you reading this review have tried to re-screen or build one of those cheap screen kits from Home Depot. If so, you know when I say I prefer to spend my valuable time not getting frustrated and ending up with something that most likely will be bent and substandard. So, I chose Benny, his quote was very competitive and overall, he's a testament that customer service is still alive and well. Even though he's extremely busy he answered all my questions on the phone. He scheduled a prompt visit to perform measurements and quickly had the screens built (like 3-4 days later), he scheduled the install with me and came out installed them all in one visit. Some of the best money I've ever spent. If you want a great overall experience, great product, excellent customer service, and to do business with a great person. I.E window repair gave me a quote on 2 new windows and screen repair and an estimated time frame. I called them back after shopping around and they gave me the same honest quote and worked with my schedule. Great customer service , quality work , and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for window repairs or upgrades.

Danny did a great job! He was extremely professional and gave me up front and surprisingly affordable pricing for new window screens for a house I just bought. He also replaced a piece of glass on my sliding door and the sliding screen door. He completed the job very quickly and everything looked absolutely beautiful! I would recommend him to anyone!
