I had fleas called another company i believe they made it worse. i won't mention any names called Hydrex, price was cheaper and i no longer have fleas great job thanks

For the first time, I availed of Hydrex’s ants & spider pest control. Their technician sprayed the inside and outside of my house. Seven days after, ants started coming back to our kitchen. Good thing they have a guarantee period, so I called them for an appointment and got a 2pm-4pm schedule. On the day of the appointment, I waited for them but not one came to my house. I called them and a lady (I think her name is Jacqueline) picks up the phone. I tell her what happened and she put me on hold. Then she tells me that their receptionist left me a phone message saying that, “their pump is out” that is why their technician can’t come over to my house. So, I tell her nicely that I DID NOT get any missed calls or messages from them and her reply to me was, “Well, she called, so.” Then I had to ASK nicely (again) for a re-schedule. She tried to give me an 8am-10am but I wanted the same afternoon time. She insisted that I take the morning and said, “Well, it is better if you take the morning appointment so we can go to your house.” So, I told her I couldn’t because I work night shifts and won’t be home until later in the morning. I’ll have to wait a couple of days more for my second appointment.



Double wow! I don’t think they know what customer service is. First, NO apologies were given for the inconvenience that they caused, all I got was “Well, she called, so.” Second, she made me feel like I was the one at fault because I DID NOT receive the message that they “claimed” to have left earlier. THIRD, she should have been the one to OFFER a re-schedule NOT me!



Also, I have used a different company for the last 3 years and decided to try Hydrex this year. With my old pest control company, ants NEVER came back after they sprayed the inside and outside of my house. I REGRET switching to Hydrex for pest control.

The ladies at the office are so friendly and helpfull ! When i first called to have my house serviced i had so many questions and they answered them all. The technician that came to my house made sure to get into every crack and corner.I highly recommend you have them service your house i no longer have any ants or spiders.
