We’ve been taking our fur baby Dakota to see Dr. Zarfah and staff since 2018. It is always clean, friendly staff and helpful. Service is wondering. I can call anytime and get advice or and immediate invite to bring her in right away. Dakota love Mrs. Connie, she looks forward to visiting with everyone in Fontana Animal Hospital. Dr. Takes his time with every animal he sees. They are compassionate about what they do. My husband and I love that our Dakota is love and cared for by everyone there. That what’s important. Dr. Always ask is the baby doing okay today, are you giving her the medicine? My response is “yes sir” 😊They are a loving family business. He checks her over thoroughly. Makes sure she’s healthy. And we love our vet💜May God Continue to Bless our Vet🙏

WORST EVER, TOTAL SCAM.... My dog was very ill with 105.7 degree temperature this morning. I wanted to get her IV for fluids and meds, as she was throwing up the meds I got earlier at the hospital I had taken her to that morning. Well I call their office tell them exactly what I need... they tell me they can treat her, but that the doctor would have to do a exam first... I said that was fine, even though she had a full exam that morning by the other hospital, several x-rays and a full panel of blood work. Then they ask if I can get there before 7:00pm as they closed, I said I could. I rush there to get there at 6:30pm, we aren't even seen until 7:30pm. The vet doesn't even spend 3 minutes with her, doesn't really do a full exam, tells me he can't treat her that she needs to go to a animal hospital... I am like HELLO isn't THIS an animal hospital... that is what your sign says. Then he leaves, and I am told I owe for the exam... the one thing I didn't need or want, and I don't feel was even really done. I feel scammed to get a another fee in just before closing. NEVER NEVER go to the place, the vet sucks and did't really seem interested or concerned about my pet, just getting me there before closing and collecting a fee!!! I called a vet to come to my home (Dr. David Lebovic 909-989-3253) he did a REAL exam, gave her antibiotic injection, so she can't throw it up, and IV meds :) My dog is at home, happy and safe. (and not exposed to more illness) He was reasonably priced and more importantly cared about my dog and her health.

Very expensive, was expecting to pay 19.00 for shots, sent my son they charged him 44.00 for shots.,didn't let him know prior to charging him.. Would never go to them again.. Check out arrowview animal hospital in San Bernardino, shots on Thursdays 's are 5.00 if u don't mind the wait..any other day 10.00. My bad for going to fontana animal hospital much closer but much much much more expensive!!

Late,bad service, expensive, unsanitary, double aNd tripple books appointments

I have been taking my dog to Fontana Animal Hospital for about 8 years now and I have never had a problem with the staff or the care that they have given my dog. I would be happy to recommend this vet to anyone. Great job.

I took my cat in for her annual shots and she is always very skiddish when I do. When the nurse comes in she is always able to calm her down. They all are very caring and friendly. I will always bring my cat to Fontana Animal Hospital. Keep up the good work.

I was going out of town for about 2 weeks and I took my "cookie" there to be boarded. They were cheap and they took excellent care of them. They were friendly to me and my dog. They answered every question that I had. I will use them again.

I love this animal hospital its very clean, great prices. They have a low cost clinic that I go to for the shots and the staff and Dr. were very nice.I highly recommend!

I have been taking my 3 dog's for more than 10 year's and not once have I had any issues with the doctor's or my dog's.

Every time Precious came in, the doctor made sure he tried his best to make her better. She is doing great now. I'm glad my precious is alive.

My dog had a uterus infection & I took my dog to 2 places before coming to Fontana Animal Hospital due to high prices.I was referred by a co-worker & was told Dr. Zafer was a really good Dr. I was running late & the Dr. & asst. took me in right away & the next day she got her surgery. She is 13 years old & now she is back to herself again. Very very very happy she is well.

I found this caring facility when I needed to board my dog. I have and will only use Fontana Animal Hospital for all my needs. Dr.Zafer and staff you are the best.

Everytime I've taken him to Fontana Animal Hospital and had nothing but a positive experience with the Dr. and the staff. Rocky was always in good hands, the place is clean and well organized.

The staff at the Fontana Animal Hospital was very nice. When it came to dealing with the vet he was extremely rude. I took my dog there and the vet walked in, seemed like he didn't want to touch him, and the vet kept barking orders at me "HOLD HIM", "PUT HIM UP HERE" when I didn't even know what he was doing. I won't go back again - the guy was a jerk.
