RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! Worst customer service, total buzz kill!! You come in excited shopping for a dress for your event but that changes really fast here. Apart from being ignored for about 20 min while trying to get help, nothing has prices because they will give you whatever price they want.
I tried on a dress that we were told was $79 and then someone else shopping around asked for the price and she was told $89. Then my sister told her we were told $79 and the employee started calling my sister a liar and trying to say that the dress was $99.
Point being... NEVER AGAIN!

They are the worst place To place an order for a dress. I recommend that you try another place and save yourself the hassle and the run around. I placed an order with 3 months in advance and a month prior to my event I called to confirm that the order was placed and that the dress would be ready. I called and after three days I got through (because they do not pick up their phone). They said the dress was not in stock in March, so I asked why they did not place the order since March and the rude lady just said that it would be another three weeks. She did not even admit to their mistake instead she asked if I still wanted the dress or if I wanted to change the style instead; meaning the dresses they already had there. Why else would I place an order and pay half of it if I did not want the dress??!! They are so rude and unprofessional, do not do any business with them.

Wow! I couldn't even believe the way all of my stuff turned out for my quinceañera! Every just turned out PERFECT!! I truly recomment this store to everybody!! I even literally cried when i saw everything sitting on the counter :'D i recomend!

I had the worst experience at fairytale bridal! I was given two different prices for the same decorations. The owner is very rude and unorganized. My bridesmaid dresses were ordered wrong after we went in twice to order them. I would not recommend this bridal shop because of the unprofessional attitude of the owner.
