I was here 6 months and not to fawn of the manager. She was quit rude. I was hesitant to return, but had to bring my nephew back for his check up. To my surprise the manager is gone and the new person they have now is amazing. The staff are super awesome and friendly. The girls in the back are funny and extremely nice. I will definitely continue to bring my nephew here. Way to go on the changes

Stay away...very unprofessional staff. Talking about the patients and there personal lives out loud. Lady going over the treatment plan was texting while she was trying to explain my possible costs. She told me she was looking up her symptoms on WebMd. I guess this is why she failed to inform me the office policy is to give laughing gas even though my child does not need it. Showed up at appointment wasting my time from work and my daughters time from school. During my daughters cleaning she had to spit and was sent to spit in a nearby trash can because their chairs have no sinks nearby. The staff misplaced or saved the electronic record incorrecty under someone elses record and they were trying to back track their steps in the computer system trying to locate it. Talk about potential HIPPA/PHI breech. The first appointment should have been a dead giveaway not to return but I figured I would give them a chance. BIG MISTAKE. Giving the office one star was an error.

They took additional x-rays and said I was not going to get charged for the additional x- rays and at the end they ended up charging me $28.

I have been bringing my kids here for years. The staff is very nice and professional. Virginia the manager is always friendly! The wait is a little long but well worth it!

DO NOT GO HERE. DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE RUDE AND THE CHECKOUT LADY IS VERY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE ALSO LAZY. SHE ASKED ME TO CALL HER BACK IF SHE FORGOT TO CALL ME BECAUSE SHE HAS 4 KIDS....RUDE!
