Bill and Pat are amazing! They were referred to me by another Real estate agent in June of 2013 when i was in a pinch scheduling wise and needed an inspection and work done immediately.



Bill met me at the home and was awesome. He is very considerate of the home and was careful not to break any tiles when inspecting the roof. He told me that if he found more work to be done after he gets in to the repair that he would not charge extra for the additional work. I have never heard anyone offer me the same thing! I am sure there is some limitation as to those repairs as I am sure he would not rebuild the home if needed, but would complete repairs within reason. I have used Bill at Baseline on my last 7 deals and he always shows up when he says he will, gets me the reports and does the work on schedule. Pat was very prompt with communication and they have always been able to conform to my schedule when needed. I would highly recommend them as they are truly people of integrity.
