The quality of the product ordered was sub par at best. With a replacement, the day of delivery, FDL Distributors called and more or less stated that they "lost it" and had to re-order it. The re-order was suppose to be delivered and just got a call that guess what, quality withheld the delivery (i.e. sub par quality) which is better than getting another bad product. No eta, no call the business day before to advise it was not coming, so I had installers sitting around waiting, no effort to remedy from FDL Distributors such as hey, you know what, let us install it for you. It is too bad so sad to be you mentality. I would not recommend or use again as a result.
