Ordered parts online for my Honda string trimmer, 3 day delivery. A week later no parts, weeds are now waist high. Went to Folsom Power equ. They sold me an aftermarket head and installed it, way superior to the oem head. I got the other parts needed and weed wacked a 300 ft clearance around my house. The online parts have finally arrived. Moral of this story, shop local buy local.

over priced and they dont work on anything!!! had to take to another shop to fix it after paying 97 bucks
