We have been in the market for a new door for days now. But not financially. Finally we receive our tax refund and decide that we need to proceed with it once and for all. After getting multiple quotes, we decided 1A were the ones. Not only did they beat the price by at least $200 but were also able to perform the work much quicker. On the day of the install Andrey came out with Vince and they had the door up in 3-4 hours!! Thats what you call customer service!! We had 1A Advanced Garage Doors repair a broken spring for us after calling around on yellow pages. And i can tell you that they definitely are a company that we will be using in the future. Vince had Andrey over on the same day even though they had to work after hours. He did a fantastic job and also greased my door to where I can barely hear it go up. Thank you very much Vince. I called 1A Garage Doors for a quote on repairing our opener. The man that answered tried to give me tips to fix it without them coming out and for FREE. So I felt they were honest from the first phone call. It didn't work so they came out and tried to repair but realized it needed to be replaced. They came out the same done and had the door opener replaced. Awesome work! Highly recommend!

Repaired garage door. Did not try to overcharge. Indicated garage door opener should be good for a few more years and did not try to sell a new opener.

These guys are on the ball! I called and within ONE HOUR they were at my door ready to replace our broken spring on our garage door. And he made quick work of it as well.
