My wife was treated like she was a piece of crap, she was ignored as if she wasn't really there. She did not have insurance at the time, but we told them that we could pay for it over a little time. We received a bill when she made a payment upon check-out, and we received one other statement. We asked and asked for a statement showing that our monthly payments were being credited to her account, with no response. GOOD LUCK trying to call and get help from someone that can carry on a conversation! Last payment was made with a comment that we were not going to make another payment until we received something that showed our payments, and balance. Now we are fighting with, and filing charges against the collection agency they turned our account over to. Consider taking a chance with death, before going here!
