Yes Rose I agree with you Mr. Johnny is not much help once he gets his commission money. Talks a good line of BS.
I used his recommended concrete guy and now have a leaking building and have lost the use of it for half the summer. They are still recommending this guy for concrete (Louis Brown Placement) WOW!
This is one experience I wish I had avoided and am still in the process of having them make it right. Action and positive results not lip service. A word to the wise, it's your hard earned money.

We had gone in and was in the process of purchasing an aluminum carport cover. I called him to get the exact dimensions for the cement slab because we had the foundation man here and needed them. I called and no one answered. I waited 15 minutes thinking he was probably away from the phone and tried again. The phone rang and still no answer. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes and thought I would try again because I had the foundation man waiting on exact dimensions. This time he did answer but he told me I embarrassed him by 'robo calling'. He was with a customer and I embarrassed him! He told me to use the answering machine and not 'robo call' him. I was also a customer...accent on was...and needed help. I apologized to him for embarrassing him but I am grateful for his rudeness because we went somewhere else and we will be getting our carport from another company. It makes me wonder if we did purchase the carport cover from him and needed further help, is this the type of service we would receive? So, thank you Mr. Johnnie for showing us your true nature. You saved us trouble with you in the future.
