The moment I stepped into the office, a Spanish lady was glaring at me and spoke to me in the rudest way someone can imagine. I asked her if she can pull up a record of what I ordered since I came to this office for my blood test. Then she was like she can't help me without an invoice. So I told her that I have it. Then she was like why would you come to us. Um hello, I was billed by your company and I came to your office for the blood test. So even though I offered my invoice number, she didn't even bother to help me check but immediately said I have to call the billing department. I was fine with that answer but I didn't understand why she has to yell at me and treat me like that. I understand she might have had a bad day but as a phlebotomist, she should remain calm. Thank god she wasn't the one drawing my blood or else one of my veins might have been destroyed. If you have to come here, please look for the Asian lady. She's the only professional one here.
