Luke has been managing four condo units for more than 2 years for me. I am out of state most of the time and an absentee owner.



I am more than satisfied with his services and would recommend him highly for the following reasons.

1.Responds to phone calls or emails within a few hours.

2.Easy to contact him on his cell or by email.

3.very helpful office staff, particularly his Secretary Tracy in sending the statements and monthly payment all electronically.

4.No unnecessary maintenance work and monthly charges.

5.So far he was able to maintain a high occupancy rate.

I have worked with Ideal Homes and Realty for the past 5 years. Luke and his staff have been great to work with. They have several years experience and are well respected in the rental industry. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
