Pro-Tech is the only place I want to take my vehicles to for service and repairs. The mechanics are excellent with finding problems and fixing them. I hit a deer and had a lot of front end damage and mechanical. When I got the car back, it looked perfect and ran great. I have had a used engine installed at Pro-Tech and never had any problems with it. My husband can do everything mechanically and even rebuilt an engine. He trusts Pro-Tech to take care of all of our vehicles! We had an axle problem with our commercial van and they were able to fix it. They can handle the tough problems! They make it easy to drop off, pick up at quoted finish time, and have peace of mind, knowing that they do excellent work and they can be trusted. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We have always had good results and are satisfied customers after many years of using Pro-Tech as our only Auto Service provider. Thank you Pro-Tech Staff!

I made an appointment for a oil change in advance. Dropped car off on time. Came back a hour and a half later, nobody would wait on me. Found out hadn't even started working on it. Seemed surprised I was taking my vehicle out of their shop without oil change. Will never go back

Not my best experience. The owner did call and offer to make amends. I do appreciate that.

The customer service here was top notch. I recently had my car in for a second opinion on replacing a ball joint assembly and a tie rod. They not only did it for HALF what my normal mechanic was going to charge me, they got my car in and out within four hours! My ball joint was just about to go, too, so I really appreciate the fast and well-priced service that is keeping my car safe on the road!

Since my previous mechanic retired, I randomly tried Protech. I received prompt, professional service at a very competive price. I especially liked the way the mechanics diagnosed and explained the problem with my car and informed me of all of the repair options. Protech has earned my trust and also my future business.

I took my Grand am to them because It wouldnt start. I assumed it was the fuel pump. They took a day and a half to "fix" my car, because they moved other cars in front of mine that might have needed something quick and easy like an oil change or an ac recharge. They knew all along how important it was that my car be done the same day, yet when I called after it had been there for over 4 hours, they hadnt even touched it. When I called them back about an hour later, they told me that it was for sure the fuel pump, but it wouldnt be ready until the next day. Whats worse is that it did the same thing when I brought it home. I called them and told them that it wasnt fixed and wanted them to look at it and fix the real problem, because I paid them over $200 to install a fuel pump that my car didnt really need. They told me that they wouldnt look at it unless I gave them $70 to "scan and look for electrical problems". Long story short I took my car somewhere else and it was fixed right away. So if you want your car fixed on time and want the job done right, I wouldnt recommend Pro-Tech.
