Operational since 1974, Spencer-Engineers is a consulting firm that provides civil, hydraulic, and structural engineering services to industrial clients, the federal government, state government, and local municipalities. We also provide the same services as a consultant to architecutural firms. Civil/Site design includes site layout, parking, and drive design, ADA requirements storm water reduction, erosion control, pavement design water and grading and drainage, sidewalk, ramps, and other site elements. We work with a variety of sites including large 10 + acre sites to smaller 20,000 square foot additions. Structural engineering design includes foundation and framing design. We are proficient in the design of several types of building materials such as concrete, steel, and wood structures. We design all types and sizes of buildings and multi/story to small additions. Spencer- Engineers is located in Flowood, MS.
