I would avoid Neill Gas if possible. I have been going back and forth with them regarding their accounting practices in regards to client accounts.



In the latest, I pre-bought $1000 of propane last September. Even though I asked for a receipt showing the purchase details, they simply sent me a credit card receipt. Then, rather than actually using those funds to purchase gas on my account, they are keeping the funds in a "cash account" and using them for whatever other product and services (tank rental, service call). This has caused me to have to buy additional gas at a higher price when I do ask for delivery as the "funds" are no longer available to purchase the gas I pre-bought.



There is also a disagreement as to what the per gallon cost was when I pre-bought. Of course their records show one amount, but because they refuse to send a receipt for the original purchase, I don't have any records to counter. They seem to refuse to send invoices or receipts for other products and services to allow them to be paid separate. Yet they repeatedly state they send invoices for every transaction (I have received none in three years).



The whole thing just seems really suspicious, but I'm sort of rather stuck with them until I can dispose of their buried tank somehow.
