Laurie came to clean and she only half way did the living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a half bath. She did not dust everything and did not do a complete cleaning and she charged 500.00. Yes I should have inspected but I was outside when she got finished and that's my mistake.

I called after my mother died so we could move into her house...The day before the appointment a guy came out to do a quote which I approved even though it was way to high in my opinion...the next day the 2 girls show up 15 min late then bring their stuff just inside my front door I showed them around and showed them what I wanted done...I then left them to start in a room while I continued going through another one (I had planned this to be a multiple visit project doing a few rooms at a time)...I did not hear any noises so I went to investigate...I find the girls had put away their stuff and were in the process of pulling off! When I went to see what was going on one of the girls said that the office would contact me...I called the office and was informed that due to a few dead roaches (I had fumigated the house the night before) that their girls could not do the job because it was "against OSHA regulations to sweep up a dead roach".... do not call Merry Maids!
