Absolutely the worse run business EVER. I have talked to the Post Master Thomas Alonza at 972-353-0056 and he has nothing but excuses. Mail is being delivered after 6 p.m. and up till 8p.m. And they strive for 5pm, well that don't happen. Had several lost packages in the past month. Why, he won't assign permanent carriers to the routes...said it cost to much...why should he care when they already loose $1 BILLION each year. It's my tax payer money...just get me my mail. I have even filed complaints with the Postal Service and he STILL won't call me back. What is he so scared of? Maybe, once this gets brought up at the City Council meeting...he will rethink his attitude.
