First time using JT. I needed the "booster pump" replaced (runs the bottom sweeper) and after checking out various repair companies online, and watching his conscientious video decided to use his company. He kept in communication with me from the time I first contacted him, and came out on the day he said he would and replaced the pump, He really knows pool equipment details and he answered all my questions about the pump, also was very patient with my several other questions about future problems with equipment that I anticipate happening (old system with obvious wearing out parts). By the time he left I felt good about knowing where everything stands and what my options are on future things. I will definitely use him for anything that comes up again. Very nice person who obviously cares about people's pools and running his business like a small business should be in order to make sure customers are pleased with his work.
