No surprise they have a 5 star rating. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Kent, my sales rep, took the time to understand my needs and presented me options that were perfect. The install teams were timely and professional and did great work. Price were great as well. Simply put, don't waste your time at the big box chain stores. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Flooring America. I recently had 'wood look' porcelain tile installed throughout most of my house and also carpeting in the bedrooms. The installers were professional and the work was completed on time. I appreciated the daily inspection that was done ensuring that the installation was going well.

After a disaster in the house caused extensive damage to the wood floors, we were referred to them by our insurance company. Now I understand why they were a preferred vendor for our home insurer. Glen was attentive to details, kept in touch, and helped to expedite a repair process that was otherwise delayed for months by another repair contractor.. Ultimately, when his crew was able to gain access to the property, they finished the job efficiently and quickly. I was impressed by how much they could do in such a short time. The old floors were refinished to match the new portions and look like new in a 70 year old home!

I would not recommend this company unless you have extra money to pay for all the damage they do during the install. I had around 750 sq ft of flooring installed and have to say they did a decent job. However they cracked the water line on the refrigerator when they moved it, broke the pipe in the bathroom taking out the sink, dented a year old dishwasher and re-installed the dishwasher crooked so it doesn't seal. Calls and emails to the company either go unanswered or ignored. They have horrible customer service. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and they have failed to respond to them also.
