Took my cocker here for the first time. They did a great job!!! She is beautiful. I could not have been happier with the staff or service!!!

I have been a customer of this establishment for a little over 4 years. I am not sure what has changed but recently the staff has become increasingly rude. I tried to speak with the owner by telephone regarding this matter but was unable to get past the owners daughter who would not listen to my concern at all and would not ask the owner to contact me back. If they are treating their human customers like this it makes me wonder how they are treating the dogs in their care.

For the past couple groomings, I've been really disappointed. The last time I went in, they took a huge hunk of skin of my dog's neck and blamed me for not regularly brushing her. Satisfaction guaranteed is a joke and service has steadily gone downhill. Will not be going back.

This is the best my dog has ever looked. I will definitely be back. He smells great too.

EXCELLENT service at a GREAT price! You can either wash your own dog in walk-in bathtubs or they will wash it for you. VERY CLEAN environment. Groomer in store for nail clipping, hair cuts, etc. They are great with the dogs!!
