I have been coming to this salon since it opened their doors. I have been a consistent customer and never had a problem until today. I felt totally disrespected and the service was suboptimal. I was treated disrespectful and verbally challenged by Ruby. It was obvious she did not want to care for me.I asked to speak with the manager when Irequested she not proceed with my service. The manager completed the color application to my nails which were not completed to my cuticule. I paid for my service and left but I will not be going back. I happened to be the only African American in the salon at the time . I felt really alone and hurt. If Ruby does not want to care for people of color she should not be there. This sister was straight up nasty!
