Inappropriate treatment

Patient showed up for a filling. Front desk communicated patient was informed that the dentist cancelled the appointment. Staffer demanded patient was notified of cancellation. After staff checked into the facts, they identified patient had not been notified. The terrible verbal display of staffer was inappropriate. Staffer said I should go back to my previous dentist even though previous provider is in another state. Prospective patients, it's in your best interest to google the dentist and check other reviews. I noticed one on a website commenting about quality of service. I am happy to go to another dentist. thank you
