I have been going to All Smiles since maybe Novemeber of 2008. I was going on a cruise in December and young ladies in the office advised me not to get them before I left for my cruise. I thought that was very kind of them to let me know. So with my work schedule I actually didn't get my braces put on until February. Since then I have nothing but praises for All Smiles. They are very warm and friendly and they do good work in a short amount of time. I can always get a convenient appointment and even if I have to reschedule my appointment they always get me in without interupting my work schedule. My son will be the next to get braces. He is 9 and I know I will definitely bring him to All Smiles when he is ready. Thank you for your hard work!! I am a Customer Service Trainer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and I find it quite refreshing to find a dental office that displays the same Customer Service Skills that we at Blue Cross take pride in!
