ROACH INFECTED ROACH INFECTED STAY AWAY FROM BUILDING 14323!!! Roach infected roach infected WORST PLACE EVER!!

Worst place ever!! Roaches everywhere, the staff is rude and incompetent, dirty apartments, and dirty everything else. The staff keeps changing. they lost our paperwork. The carpet was dirty and the walls were dirty when we moved in. Please never move here!!

Location is convenient in Florissant, MO.

Rooms are not large but adequate, parking is fine.

We have not noticed any vandalism problems.



There is an exercise room but it is only open when the office is open which means if you work it is not available.

Laundry rooms are in the buildings but not all of the washers work and now you have to purchace a card from the office to purchace time on the washers and dryers ( you pay for the card then for the washing or drying)



After living here several years, I must say, the office staff has taken a decided down-hill turn towards incompetence.

Each year the date for renewal of your lease is pushed back a month or more. If you moved in in November on a 14 month lease which would have been up in January the following year it now is up in April or May.



Maintenance staff are friendly and helpful but getting a work order through has become like molassas in January.

"No one in the office received a message" even when it is left on the answering machine or when you speak to a person in the office.



We have not had any problems here except with office staff. Since the former manager left it has gotten decidedly worse.
