My wife asked for a chicken breast sandwich from a young man who did not greet her. When she asked for ingredients for her sub he rolled his eyes as though she was disturbing him. My wife continued to proceed to the manager/ cashier who was equally rude and unprofessional when addressing (or in this case not addressing) her paying customer. When my wife told the manager she did not want the sub and walked out of the store the managerr and server yelled at her, "what do you want!'. I received a call from my wife who was pulled over by Florissant Police because the manager at subway said she hit a car when she backed out of her parking spot. I checked my vehicle for damages and found nothing. There were no scratches or dents. We were convinced that this false report was filled out of revenge for my wife not accepting rude and unprofessional behavior by management and staff.
