Great work

I used rjs to repair a sinking foundation that has caused severe damage to our familyroom. They came out and raised our foundation to almost perfect. The owner was not only on the job the entire time but was the one who was actually doing the work with the rest of the crew. In our few conversations I learned that he and his father along with his brother were the ones doing the work, along with a few helpers. They gave us a quote that seemed to good to be true and were skeptical to use them. After seeing the work that was needed to raise my foundation, I am glad I chose a company that did only what was needed with no hidden surprises. I have gotten five quotes and each company had at least one to four extra piers that were needed to raise my wall. Rjs came out and told us what was needed, and if he was wrong and needed more it would come out of his pocket.

Good response on Warranty Work

I called several companies about shooting epoxy in several cracks in my basement. RJ's offered the best price and they didn't try to sell me a huge foundation job to fix a few pour cracks, which was welcome. They came, did the work, and guaranteed it. After a year or so, one of the cracks leaked again, just a little, during a particularly wet weather event (with the number of cracks they had to shoot, this was not unexpected and did NOT indicate any overall problem with the work). I called, and although it took some time to fit me into their schedule, they did send somebody out. A very professional and concerned employee named Mike Chapman came to the house to repair the faulty crack. It was a fast and clean repair, and I have to say that Mike was very understanding as I was difficult to connect with and missed a couple of our appointments. I have my house on the market, so this is a major issue for me, and now I can tell potential buyers that they don't have to worry about the basement at all. All of the other cracks they shot are still waterproof and the basement is dry. Good work.
