Darryl in installation/repairs is amazing!! And the service doesn't stop when the check clears! He came & helped me on a few different issues I had with my hot tubs! Even came over sick in the freezing cold when he should've been in bed!! And the rest of the staff is great as well!!

If I bought a pool from them (which if it was my choice, I wouldn't of, my husband made that choice), I know I wouldn't use his construction co. to install it. It was installed the end of April 2011, we had to call 5/4/11 due to screws were loose on skimmer basket. Mr. Repking told my husband to tighten himself. We received our first statement on the pool 5/13/11. The installers came out 5/5/11. Again, we had to call 5/22/11 the skimmer basket was leaking and also at the eye of the pool. So at this point we have 2 leaks in a brand new pool, actually this would of been 3 leaks. They came out on a stormy day drained our pool down passed the basket & eye to fix it 5/23/11. Due to the storm they could not finish, so our pool was filling up with water. So supposely they came back out to fix it 5/24/11, well due to sirens and storms, etc. 5/24 & 5/25, so on 5/26/11 my husband starts to fill the pool back up, and notices they did not fix the crack in the eye return of the pool they just tighten it and moved where you could not see it. My husband once again called Mr. Repking at 11:30 am on 5/27 and did not return his call till 1:30 that afternoon. It was fixed by the time my husband got home that afternoon at 4:30. This many times out and Mr. Repking did not offer anything to us, to repay us for refilling our pool twice, reimburse for chemicals, or all the times they came out to fix our pool. He pretty much said it got fixed ? ? ? We are returning customers, isn't that nice! NOT AGAIN!!!!!! My husband and I have life long Florissant residents, and Mr. Repking is also, and this is how he treats his fellow neighbors and return customers. Wow! I warned my husband not to buy from him again! Other people told me also. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!! Also, he owns his construction/installer company, which he has under a different name, WHAT'S HE GOT TO HIDE?????
