I have been going to this location for years to get my down comforters cleaned. But since this owner has taken over I have had problems. You drop off your comforter & get charged one price, (even by the owner), then come back to pick it up & the manager or employees charge you more. Even though your comforter is all bundle up in plastic and still wet. This has happen to us the last 3 times we have brought our comforters to them. Their manager is very rude, and would not give my husband back our comforter until we paid $3.00 more, even though we had to come back a second time to pick it up because it was wet. Also, they say they don't close till 8:00pm we got back there at 7:00pm and they had both doors locked. We were late getting to a funeral home for a wake. I am not going back to them after going all these years, actually I have gone somewhere else. I would not recommend them to do your down comforters for you.
