We were very pleased with the personal and professional service that we received from Mark and his son. They were very thorough and provided suggestions to improve septic tank efficiency. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic system service.

I highly recommend these guys. Great service and price... about half the price of the others I talked to. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong with this local family-owned business.

I had them pump out my septic tank and install two risers and covers. They were happy to answer my many, many questions about the system and explained how the it works and how to properly maintain it.

They will not nickel and dime you with extra charges, which I very much appreciated after having talked to a few other companies. I did call a few larger companies in town to shop the price a bit. But all of the others scared me away because they quoted a base rate nearly twice has high, then started down a list of items that would raise the price by $100 here or $150 there. Based on what I needed, I suspect I saved about 50% or more having gone with Pendleton.

Mark (the owner) did a wonderful job in explaining all of that i needed to know about my system while he was pumping and washing out the tank today. I will always, ALWAYS, use this service. Price is affordable, and the service is so professional and personable. Great job!

Mark did a great job today. I had 0 knowledge of septic systems, nor had I ever had my system pumped. He not only made the tank look brand new but, he educated me on the basic home owner "need to know" for septic. Thank you!!

With all the rain, my field was flooded. Mark was fantastic and arrived before I went to work at 6am and I would definitely recommend Mark and his crew to any family and friends looking for septic work or repair.
