This organization is purchasing what they believe is unpaid medical bills and trying to collect on them. And in many cases medical insurance has already paid the bill. They are scamming many people who's medical insurance, in time, pays. This company does not provide any medical service, they present themselves as pee dee medical, leaving off the collection part of the company name. Seems to be a fraud.
