This apt complex plays favorites......bikes in halls--for the chosen----one woman in a two bedroom apt-----sweet to tenents faces, complain behind their back. The woman who does all the vacumming and outdoor sweeping is the only real worker there....usual song and dance from this type place. I visit my friend and see the favoritisim played out every time.
