Extremely disappointed - had an addition on my home and needed new gutters to tie into the existing system, which has underground drainage and was told it could be done. However, the installers didn't discuss with me what they were doing, and instead of connecting to the existing underground drainage, they just put up a downspout and I now have a small river running through my backyard. When I asked them to connect to the underground drainage system, I was told that they don't do that. Had I know in the beginning this would be the case, I would have paid extra money to have someone else do the job correctly.
