My family rented a beautiful home through Coastal Property Management two weeks ago. It was a five start house!! The Herring Estate Lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t tell you how helpful the staff at Coastal was with all of our questions. Baily was great, putting this all together for us. This was a new vacation home and we couldn’t get the brand new gas grill to light. We called the emergency number on a Sunday and they came right out and fixed it. I had a great time and will rent again through Coastal!!! We highly recommend them!!!

It is no surprise that this company has a 1 star rating even on other websites.



They will take all of your deposit and ask you for more, and they don't show the details of what they spent it on.
